Pricing questions, answered

Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The free plan stays free as long as you stay inside its limits: five active LIVE product pages, unlimited scans, basic 30-day analytics window, and PNG QR exports. No credit card needed at signup. You can upgrade later when you outgrow it.
Can I switch between USD and EUR billing?
You can pick at signup and change in the billing portal at any time. EUR prices are stored as real plan prices, not currency conversion. You will see the same plan with locale-correct labels.
What is the refund policy?
Fourteen days from the first paid period. Email support and we will refund. After that the same fourteen-day window applies again on every renewal that you didn't intend to extend, no questions asked.
What happens if I exceed the active LIVE page allowance?
Existing pages keep working. The platform pauses new activations beyond your tier and shows a clear upgrade prompt in the dashboard. No surprise overage charges.
What's included in unit-level serialization on Brand?
Brand at US$89/mo monthly or US$69/mo annual ships 5,000 unique unit-level GS1 Digital Link QR codes per calendar month. Generate them in the Production Batches dashboard, download a printer-ready CSV with columns gtin/batch/serial/digital_link, send to your factory printer (Domino, Markem-Imaje, Videojet, Zebra Aurora). Includes range recall, per-unit scan analytics and the anti-counterfeit Verified unit badge. Growth ships 100,000 / mo, Enterprise is unlimited.
Do you offer enterprise contracts?
Yes. The Enterprise tier is a hand-shake plan with custom volumes, a Data Processing Agreement, and a single billing point. Contact us if you have ten thousand SKUs or a regulated category that needs more than the Growth tier covers.
