What's intentionally locked: vector exports (SVG, PDF), retail and label frame variants, multiple product images, video embedding, advanced analytics breakdowns by country/city/device/referrer, CSV export, batch and origin records, scan actions, dynamic batch lookup, and compliance flags. These unlock on Starter and above where the catalog and operational maturity warrants them.

When to upgrade and what changes immediately

Brands typically outgrow the free tier on three triggers: needing more than five active LIVE pages, needing vector exports for a packaging printer, or needing the country/city/device analytics breakdown to make category-management decisions. The Starter tier ($14/mo annual or €14/mo annual) lifts the page cap to 150 and unlocks the export formats and analytics breakdowns. Brand ($69/mo annual) adds compliance flags, scan actions, batch records and dynamic batch lookup. Growth ($179/mo annual) lifts the page cap to 12,000 for production catalogs. Every paid tier is fourteen-day refundable on the first paid period.
